Commercial & Retail Properties
Cleaning services includes interior & exterior common areas, public washrooms, grounds, parking lots, & garbage/recycling areas. We remove stickers and grafitti, clear garden beds of garbage and keep storm drains clear. We help to identify and report deficiencies, damage or vandalism.
Residential Strata Buildings
Cleaning services include hallways, stairwells, meeting rooms, elevators and dusting horizontal surfaces. We keep the elevator tracks clean, spot clean walls and wipe down touch spots. We help to identify and report deficiencies, damage or vandalism.
Hotel Common Areas
Cleaning services include all interior common areas spaces from hallways and conference rooms, to laundry rooms, storage rooms and public washrooms. We dust horizontal surfaces, empty garbages and wipe down gym equipment and touch spots. We help to identify and report deficiencies, damage or vandalism.
